Prophetic Word for the New Year 2010 !
Given by Liza Hall during Tues. Night Intercession on 12-08-09
2nd Part of Prophetic Word given Sunday Morning Service on 12-27-09
I saw a man who was chopping a log with an axe. And He kept hitting the log over and over again. And the man began to get very frustrated because all his toil and labor was coming to nothing. The harder he hit the log and saw he wasn’t making any advancement, the more depressed he became. And I saw him pick up the axe to hit the log again and the Lord said to me look at the axe. And I noticed that the axe was dull and had no shine to it. And then I saw the tired, frustrated man lay his axe down, drop to his knees and beat his chest and began to cry out to God and say “Why God, Why has all my labor come to nothing.” He began to cry out in frustration and desperation, “Why God has all my toil and hard work come to nothing.” And then I began to weep before the Lord, because the Lord allowed me to feel compassion for the man who was in such despair. I began to feel his pain and frustration. And then the Lord spoke to me and said look at the axe. And I saw the Spirit of the Lord speak to the man’s heart and mind and He told him, “Son pick up the axe one more time and hit the log again.” And as the man began to get up from his knees and pick up his axe, I saw the Glory of the Lord come down from Heaven like a beam of light onto the man’s axe. And in that beam of light I saw the word Wisdom . And the man drew strength from the words spoken to him by God and with all his might he hit the log one more time and with his axe he chopped the log in two and began to rejoice with unspeakable joy! And then the Lord began to give me the interpretation of that vision.
The Lord said to me, Liza there are many in the body of Christ who feel just like this man. They feel hopeless and frustrated and some have even become depressed because they feel they’re not getting ahead in life. They are living pay check to pay check. They are working and laboring in their jobs, in their businesses, and in their ministries, and in their relationships but they see little or no advancement. The Devil has fought them and hindered them from every side. But that’s about to change. He said the reason my people have seen little advancement in certain areas in their lives is because they have lacked my wisdom. They have tried to do it in their own strength and with their own natural wisdom. But tell my people that that’s about to change. I heard the Lord say, if my people will begin to cry out for wisdom, and understanding as fine gold, I will give them the breakthrough they have long desired. (James 1:5) Does not my word say “if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. (Prov. 4:7) Does not my word say, “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get Wisdom and with all your getting get understanding.” (Prov. 24:3) Does not my word say, “By Wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established.” Yes I hear the Lord say, this next year of 2010 shall be a year of Wisdom and Understanding for my people.” I will begin to pour out my Wisdom in your hearts and in your minds. My wisdom will begin to give my people the skill and diligence to become more effective in their ministries, more effective in their relationships, more prosperous in their jobs and businesses. “Yes I hear the Lord say, my Wisdom will begin to open the eyes of your understanding and cause you to make the necessary adjustments in your life, so you can know how to plan for the future and for the future of your children. My Wisdom shall cause you to stop making the same mistakes and decisions that have hindered you in the past. Thus, says the Lord, for those who have an ear let him hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to the Church, for those who take heed to this prophetic word, “Begin to Cry out for Wisdom and as you cry out I will give you all the wisdom and understanding you need to be effective, prosperous and successful in everything that you do!”
